The Present General Conditions are applicable between Fatine BENNANI registered at the RCS of Paris in France on 01/01/2021, under the number 892616954, head office : 1 , rue LINCOLN , France, phone : +33672750905, email contact@fatinebennani.com, VAT number : FR40892616954, hereinafter ” the Publisher ” and any person, physical or moral, of private or public law, registered on the Site to buy a Product, hereinafter ” the Customer “.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the Site on the day of the order. These prices can be modified at any time by the Publisher. The prices displayed are valid only on the day of the order and are not effective for the future.
The prices indicated on the Site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges.
Payments by credit card are made through secure transactions provided by Stripe.
Within the framework of the payments by bank card, the Editor has no access to any data relating to the means of payment of the Customer. The payment is made directly to the bank.
The Publisher will send or make available to the Customer an electronic invoice after each payment. Customer expressly agrees to receive invoices electronically.
In order to place an order, Customers can select one or more Products and add them to their basket. The availability of the Products is indicated on the Site, in the description of each item. When their order is complete, they can access their basket by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.
By consulting their basket, Customers will be able to check the number and nature of the Products they have chosen, and will be able to check their unit price, as well as their total price. They will be able to remove one or more Products from their basket.
If they are satisfied with their order, Customers can confirm it. They will then be taken to a form where they can enter their personal details.
Once they have perfectly filled in their personal data, Customers will be invited to check or modify their delivery and billing information, and then will be invited to make their payment.
Once the payment has been received by the Publisher, the Publisher will acknowledge receipt of the payment to the Customer electronically, within a maximum of 24 hours. Within the same timeframe, the Publisher undertakes to send the Customer an e-mail summarizing the order and confirming that it has been processed, including all related information.
The Products sold remain the property of the Publisher until full payment of their price, in accordance with the present retention of title clause.
Delivery is free in mainland France and Europe.
Depending on the destination country, additional charges such as taxes and customs duties may be applied to your order. These charges are payable by the customer.
In any event, the cost of delivery will be indicated to the Customer prior to payment. For any other place of delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact Customer Service.
Delivery charges indicated on the Site are in euros, all taxes included.
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier. However, if the delivery time exceeds thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.
The Products sold remain the property of the Publisher until full payment of their price, in accordance with the present retention of title clause.
In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods. To return an order, please refer to the “How to return my order” page.
The period referred to in the previous paragraph runs from receipt of the Product by the Customer.
In the case of an order for several Products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last Product.
When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
The decision to withdraw from the contract must be notified to the Editor by means of an unambiguous statement to the address given in article 1 of these general terms and conditions. In any event, the Publisher will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of the said withdrawal by e-mail as soon as possible.
The Customer shall return or restitute the Products to the Publisher without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of communicating his decision to withdraw.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Publisher is obliged to reimburse the Customer for all sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which this right was exercised. Where applicable, the Publisher may defer reimbursement until recovery of the Products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the Products, whichever is the sooner. Thereafter, the sum due shall automatically bear interest at the legal rate in force, as specified in article L. 242-4 of the French Consumer Code.
The direct cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts:
– The supply of goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
– The supply of Products which have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
– The supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
Similarly, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that have been fully executed by both parties at the express request of the Customer before the latter exercises his right of withdrawal.
The consumer customer may cancel the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt if the delivery date exceeds twenty-one days. In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed for any sums paid by him/her at the time of ordering.
The present clause is not intended to apply if the delay in delivery is due to force majeure. In such a case, the Customer undertakes not to take any legal action against the Publisher and waives the right to invoke the cancellation of the sale provided for in the present article.

You have the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose any information concerning you.
Your postal address, e-mail address and telephone number will only be passed on to the carrier for use in connection with their services, in particular to ensure that your distribution choices are met.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the order and all acts arising therefrom are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may have recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days from receipt of your shipment to return any Products ordered on the www.fatinebennani.com website. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please choose a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims concerning lost packages.
Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of your package.
